My significant other took our senior dog here on 10/13/26 to be euthanized after his congenital heart failure prevented him from being able to breathe properly. I called ahead, and was told that when he arrived, to go in to front desk to tell them you were there, and someone would come out to get you and bring you in side door. When he arrived, he told front desk he was there, and was parked right out front, with silver pick up truck.

He went back outside, expecting a tech to be out promptly. After about 20 minutes, with senior dog laying on tailgate, wrapped in a blanket, senior dog basically suffocated, not being able to breath. My significant other went back inside to tell them hed be leaving. The secretary told him they have credit card on file. He asked for what! Dog died on tailgate waiting for the tech who never came out. Weve been taking our dogs here for twenty years, but this is absolutely unbelievable, to let an animal suffer, and die in that manner, because a tech didnt do the job, after advance notice, and doing everything according to what they told us.
