Our Staff
Report
Many dog owners admire the unique looks and personalities of purebreds, but also worry about the fate of millions of pets euthanized each year.
What many people don't realize is that there are specific breed rescue organizations for almost every breed of dog, placing dogs in need to new homes.
We have two cats and we have been taking them to wooded acres for few years and never had a problem.
We even boarded them for a week when we went to florida to visit my son.
Our cats are always treated very well when they are there.

Flea and Tick Prevention
Report
Did you know that fleas and ticks can attack your pets whether they're indoors or outside?
Although you can get affordable tick and flea treatment at Wooded Acres Animal Hospital, prevention is always better.
Prevention will keep your pet from getting itchy bites, keep these insects from setting up camp in your home, and even keep your pet disease-free in the long run.
They may be lurking in the grass in your yard and hitch a ride indoors on your pants or your pet's fur.
Finally, your pet might pick up these parasites from other animals, for instance, at a dog park.
