Dr. Joe Cobb is a native of Cullman, Alabama. He earned his Bachelor's from Auburn University in 1980 and his Doctorate in '84. He moved to the Shoals in '86 after having worked in Huntsville, Hartselle and Guntersville and has owned and operated Colbert Animal Clinic in Tuscumbia since 2002.
