Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC (RHVS) was established in July of 1998 by Tracy B. Whitaker, DVM.
Dr. Whitaker is a 1990 graduate of Tuskegee University.
Following his studies in veterinary school, he went on to the University of Tennessee and completed an internship in large animal medicine and surgery.
In 1991, he moved to Anniston, Alabama where he worked as an associate until 1998 at which time Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC was established.
The name was formed because of the rolling hills and mountains of the area and the pleasant feelings it portrays.

Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.
Animals brought in on emergencies will be charged an emergency fee.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
